A: Virtual Coaching is for any woman who wants expert guidance in movement, nutrition, and women’s health—whether you’re at home, at the gym, or travelling. It’s perfect if you’re unsure what to do in the gym, want flexibility, or need support without attending in-person sessions.

Q: Do I need equipment to do the workouts?
A: Not necessarily! Your plan will include workouts that can be done at home with minimal or no equipment, as well as options for those with access to a gym. All exercises come with clear video demonstrations.

Q: How much time will I need to dedicate each week?
A: Most sessions are 30–45 minutes. You can follow the full week’s program or choose sessions that fit your schedule—flexibility is built into your plan.

Q: How is Virtual Coaching different from other online programs?
